Customers can return products within 14 days of receiving the order. - Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer
- Personal care items or hygiene products (if opened)
- Products without original packaging
